Nazi Germany's economic system is grouped under collectivism. But is was not a socialist state. It was a cooperation between the government and big business. Combine that economic system with Nationalism and a dictator, and it would usually be called an extreme right wing country.

Don't be fooled by the name of Nazi Germany. This is typical of extremists; they say one thing and do another. That is how you fool the feeble minded. Look at Bush on the Assault Weapon ban as a recent example.

So, you would say that because East Germany called itself a democracy, it was one? These guys were not socialist. Economically, they were mercantilist, like Japan and the Busheviks. Politically, they were fascists. Definitely to right of even Bush. So far.
