Exactly wrong! John O'Neill said he was ON THE Cambodian border. Liberals chop his sentence off after 1st few words so that the clarification is not heard. Anyone who listens to the entire response has no doubt that O'Neill meant ON THE BORDER...not 5mi within Cambodia as John Kerry claimed & then recanted when challenged.
