Next i want to see what kind of reception Kerry gets with national Guard.

He will be treated politely. I figure the audience is 70/30 Bush. John was asking, "does CBS HAVE to reveal?" No. But if they don't, they will be accused of protecting a criminal. And that's illegal. Even worse, if it's more than one, it's a "criminal conspiracy."

ABC News' The Note passes on the Kerry campaign's detailed and comprehenisve response to the apparent discovery of after-action reports in the Navy archives that reportedly strengthen the case of the Swift Boat Vets for Truth.

The Kerry campaign's reaction: "It's crap."
