Nice to see the place gettig spruced up.

It's a shame when prior owners who have moved on seem to feel the need to oppose those who want to spruce it up and improve the neighborhood.

Part of the broken windows theory -- let buildings like this one linger closed and shuttered and pretty soon the kids will be breaking the windows and before too long, there goes the neighborhood.

my Dad put one of those mini-saunas in a bedroom -- I like to turn it up to 120 and listen to space music in there while I am sweating ...

MY question is -- do the swedes or finnish folk allow any music to be played in the sauna -- or do you just have to sit quietly and sweat??
