I'd sure hate to have you on my jury. Or is it just that the presumption of innocence doesn't apply to (fill-in-the-blank)?

Or perhaps it's a shortfall in critical thinking? CBS aired a story with some questionable documents ergo all CBS employees were part of a fraud? Isn't that just like indicting all Viet Nam vets as war criminals just because a few did some bad stuff? Or indicting the Administration for Abu Graib just because some guards did some bad stuff? You didn't buy into either of them, did you? Why this one?

When we get some data on the body temperature of the cow, let me know.
