"CBS has acted cluelessly throughout the whole process. It has not acted like a confident, strong organization that is sure of itself and its mission," Mr. Rosen said. "Clearly, USA Today appears to have less at stake here than CBS."


Yes, it's so obvious that CBS News does not dare to act "professionally", and it's had more than enough time to do so. The rest of the media and the bloggers (not to mention the feds) are not going to give up until they find out what CBS has to hide.
