When Bush says he is winning the war on terrorism what is his basis for making that claim? He has stated that the fact the terrorists have not struck here in the US for the last 3 years qualifies him to make that claim. I say balloney. The terrorists do not strike the US everyday or every year. They will do so at their own sweet time. We can only say that the possibility of them striking the US is close to nil when they have been eradicated and a significantly major dent has been made with the elimination of terrorist cells. Until then it is a bUsh lie when he claims credit for "winning the war on terrorism". The attack in Russia proves that terrorism is not only alive and well but it is on the move. Today Russia, tommorrow the US is what I say. I don't understand where you got the idea that I was making Bush responsible for Russia.
