CUT - say you wanted to take a sentence out of your post and put it at the bottom - you would highlight it and use CUT (instead of copy) - by doing that, it will remove that line - when you use Paste, it will put that line where you want it.

So you can't use the EDIT/cut, past, copy function with your mouse, but it works with the hotkeys? Does the mouse work everywhere else?

try rebooting the machine. close out everything, reboot, see if copy/paste works. larry
