If that's the case, we just have to quickly suck out all their oil and leave.

WE proved how perverted they could be.

To the contrary....that people know about the allegations AND that the offenders are being punished provides a stark contrast to what they are used to....

"He said we never can have Democracy and explained why. They hate us."

1) He is right. We can never have a Democracy in Iraq. The Iraqis can have a democracy in Iraq but we can't create one in for them. His statement is egocentric and exposes more about him than his knowledge of the culture.

2) The people of Iraq have lived in fear of torture and oppressive tyranny for generations. They are not naive or innocent about the brutality within their own culture. When they see, hear and witness the principles of liberty and justice as a practical and viable alternative they will embrace it. So far it is pie in the sky promises that they are understandably skeptical of.

3) Statements like this, "War against Terrorism has become a farcical, chaotic conundrum." if allowed to stand, cause harm to the hearts of people desiring liberty and justice for all, and bolster the terrorists to a feeding frenzy.

4) Terrorism is very very real, and alive in the world. It is the deliberate targeting of innocent people to harm your enemy. It is beyond me why partisans would mock the efforts to stand against it or to engage it in battle. That is too insidious all by itself.

The "war on terrorism" is a gigantic hoax and big lie What we have is a war on Israel's enemies and an attempt to colonize the oil rich segments of the Moslem world.

Terrorism against Americans is the price for this war and the Bushies are quite willing to pay it. The American soldiers and civilians killed are just collateral damage to them, of not much more significance than the Iraqis, Palestinians, and Afghans being killed every day.
