I am watching Juan Williams use the "true lies" defense. O'Reilly and and Tony Snow are laughing at him. Looks like Rather is going to do the same on "60 Minutes II" tonight. This makes Rather look like a fool, keeps it on the front page of the media, and hurts Kerry, whose folk are pushing everyone toward it. And Kerry's message, for what it's worth, gets lost in the noise.

Didn't this "true lies" stuff used to fall under the name of a roman a clef? When did CBS become a writer of fiction could be they've always been writers of fiction... only now they are writers of bad fiction... laughable fiction late night talk show host fiction
