And Bush has kept up with the flip-flop. Steel tariffs yes then no. No on 9/11 commission and then yes. Cannot win the war on terror and then yes can win on the war on terror. Flip side by asking for 10 billion of the 87 billion for reconstruction then coming back to Congress to flop on asking for that amount for security in Iraq. Deciding to do nothing soon after being told of the 9/11 attack and 7 minutes later flopping to act.

And the list goes on.
