re: However, I believe that they are very much occupied with attacking us in Iraq, instead of organizing trips to the U.S. to attack us here.

Let me get this straight. You think that the international al Qaeda terrorists are too busy planting roadside bombs and setting off car bombs in Iraq to plot attacks on the US?

re: I don't like it, but the facts stand. No terrorist attacks since 9/11 and we're killing terrorists in large swaths in Iraq.

And only one terrorist attack 8 years prior to 9/11. And are we killing terrorists or insurgents in Iraq? Along with the civilians.

John

I don't like it, but the facts stand. No terrorist attacks since 9/11 and we're killing terrorists in large swaths in Iraq. I say let them all gravitate to Iraq, where we can kill them in large numbers, so there will be fewer of them to come over here.

I am surprised...........the above smacks of a fool's fantasy and you don't strike as being a fool. Terrorist numbers are growing overall. Recruitment in European Muslim communities is reported to be up dramatically.

The insurgents in Iraq have been shown to be 95% Iraqi. Where are the other recruited terrorists spending their time?
