It was a war crime, in all likelihood. The Vietnamese boy was wounded, unarmed, and fleeing in retreat. Kerry's gunner already hit him with a .50, and Kerry finished him off instead of taking him prisoner.

Then he came home and called everybody else a war criminal.

I was talking about Kerry meeting with the communist leaders in Paris while still in the reserve. I'm sure you knew that.
