Al, Too busy planning the iraq invasion. I knew you lived in a reality of your own. What's' yours? Just consider that division that was supposed go to Iraq through Turkey, how long it took to get them and supplies to shires of Turkey, and then, how long it took them to get to Kuwait (a openly friendly port, with open ability and willingness to host US military bases and allowed their country to become a staging area for invasion), and from Kuwait to Iraq through open desert, where military vehicles can move at high speeds. Now, translate this timeline with timeline to get these troops to Afghanistan, where no neighbor gave us a free reign as troop movements are concerned, where terrain is radically different (especially the area in question).
