<<Have you seen any of the tv coverage of Pensacola? Horrible! >>

When you are at Carolyn's you may want to come up and borrow my boat so you can get to your condo. The bridges in the area are gone. Might want to watch out for sharks in the lobby.

here is an excerpt from the most recent news

In Navarre, just west of the U.S. 98 and State Road 87 intersection, the remains of a condominium was partly submerged under water. The rest was scattered across the highway. Deputies, who blocked U.S. 98 at the site, said part of the Navarre Beach Causeway was out as well.

I am looking for anything at all about the area we like to visit, Grayton Beach. All I can think is that if 98 is washed away, what happened to the area south of 30A? That's the coast road around Grayton Beach, Seagrove, Seaside, Watercolor.

But 98 is the coast road in some places.

We had such a wonderful place in Seagrove this summer. Glass front, right on the beach. I was wishing we owned it. But I am sure it's gone now.
