What happened is they found Kerry's Silver Star Citation----ALL THREE OF THEM, ONE WRITTEN AS LATE AS THE 1980S with Secretary Lehman's forged signature no less, while Kerry was a Senator. One of the write ups award Kerry a Combat V for his Silver Star for Valor. Problem is the Navy has NEVER EVER issued a Silver Star with a Combat V for Valor. Kerry is the only person in the history of the United States to have one, and he got it a dozen years after the fact while he was a United States Senator. hmmmmmmmmm.
