Annan: Invasion of Iraq 'illegal' I wonder if Mr. Annan had the same views about Clinton and Kosovo. It's possible, but I doubt it. I don't know..........he took over near the end of Kosovo. I don't remember him saying anything. Do you? If not, don't you have to wonder why? ted
