Went to post office today to buy stamps.

Clerk handed me several sheets of Purple Heart stamps. First time I ever saw them. Very nice.

Thanks for posting Jim Webb's entire article, LB. Marines like to read this stuff...reminds us just how great this generation is...every generation is "the greatest generation" if well led...and leadership starts in the Oval Office...jj

Thank you, LB for the article by James Webb.... Indeed, they are being repeated a hundred thousand times over, every day, among those who have been sent into harm's way. My only wish is that the rest of America might somehow comprehend their depth and their intensity.
