On Kosovo, if I may turn to Kosovo, the situation and the crisis in Kosovo is being handled by the contact group. The UN is not in the lead here, it is the contact group that is in the lead. It is the same contact group that negotiated the Dayton agreement over Bosnia and it's made up of the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Russia, Germany, and Italy has joined the group. This group of nations is leading the effort in Kosovo.
