I've been wondering why the polls are all over the place... I don't remember them being like that in the past. Maybe it is the decline of the land line phone. Or amybe people are changing their mind every day.

I think its a combination of the biases imposed on the survey by the pollsters as well as the cell phone issue. Most of my friends in their twenties do not have kids and have no need for a landline phone. Therefore, they only have their cell. As for the pollsters, they are human and this race has people heated up like never before..............I would not be surprised if their biases are effecting their results.

In any case, I see polls as providing the direction of the race and not forecasting its conclusion.
