Hey Don -- I agree with you.

This was a ratings "water cooler talk" inspired firing. And I bet it was successful.

How ironic -- Bradford makes a magnanimous gesture of solidarity, foolishly thinking he will be judged within a meritocracy. He foolishly believed that Trump would act rationally when it came to whom he would fire. Its a basic principle of business. You go in with the assumption that the person you're dealing with (especially one who's survived in business for so long) is fundamentally rational. Bad assumption in this case.

Trump claims Bradford's decision was stupid and impulsive -- so what does Trump do -- makes a stupid and impulsive decision to fire him.

How ironic.

Also -- I know people weren't very impressed with the 1st cast's business skills, but ya know -- this group -- who really should have been the cream of the crop this time around -- don't really impress me.

A very neurotic group.

Chris

Yep, in true Mark Burnett style! He does the same thing with Survivor. He orchestrates it and thereby sensationalizes it. There is so much more going on that we don't see.
