Since the 2nd Amendment which is structured like most State Constitutions only mentions the militia or military purpose of firearms, I have to conclude that all this hunting nonsense, means that people are legitimate hunting targets if they are tyrrants. The sporting purpose does not come from an upright source and definitely does not come from a source liberals like to quote. The sporting purpose test comes from the 1938 Nazi firearms legislation that in addition to the sporting purpose test, required that all Jews close their gun dealerships and turn in all their weapons. Boy I wonder why.

Gersh, yes citizens should have the right to bear arms...not super powerful weapons. Only loonies want that type of weapon. A hunter who uses an assault weapon to shoot an animal is not showing any skill whatsoever...just demonstrating problems with his self esteem. The animals have most of the cards stacked against them to begin with and then the great white hunter comes along with an assault weapon...that's ridiculous.
What about law enforcement's pleas to renew the ban?
Don't those putting their lives on the line have any say in the matter?
