CDC is correct, you are wrong.

Again let me repeat to make this crystal clear:

A natural miscarriage beyond 5+ weeks, doesn't clean out entirely on its own. A doctor would lose their license if they didn't conduct a D&C procedure and it is classified as an abortion. You don't want to leave this inside and let it rot the mother to death.

The CDC defines a legal induced abortion as "a procedure, performed by a licensed physician or someone acting under the supervision of a licensed physician, that was intended to terminate a suspected or known intrauterine pregnancy and to produce a nonviable fetus at any gestational age."

This is exactly what the final removal of a natural miscarriage is.
