I've heard that if you repeat it often enough people will believe it. What's bad for Kerry is that
he is perceived as the underdog now so his campaign will be viewed in a negative way.
The way he might turn things around is to come out with concrete policies for
Iraq. He needs to say we are going to do more than to get our allies to help.
Bush hasn't spelled out anything specific for Iraq so it would be a big plus for Kerry
if he could come up with a policy.
