9-11 happened on Bush's watch after many warnings. Bush totally ignored terrorist threats until after 9-11. Not only did he ignore them but he even called off important investigations into Saudi funding and let the Bin Lauden family out of the country without being interrogated. Bush was completely AWOL on terrorism. And three years later Al Qaida is stronger than they were before. They lsot a few heads and some training camps, but they have thousnds of new recruits using Bush as their recruiting poster.
