Kerry lost the election it is over He does seem to be imploding, but I'd hate to get overconfident. We still need to do whatever it takes to re-elect this president...

Kerry is 100% right about Iraq, and despite the BS rightwing spin, now has the exact same position he had before the invasion in 2002. There was never any flip-flop, just Bushie propaganda types twisting his words. Here is Kerry's position 2002-presentday, and I personally heard him state this several times in 2002. Yes disarm Saddam and need threat of force to leverage inspections. Complete inspections If Saddam is in serious violation amass a major coalition and prepare for any invasion very carefully, making sure troops have everything they need and there is a post-invasion plan in place. Invade only as last resort, "because we have to not because we want to". What's changed? Nothing.
