Nothing wrong with tax avoidance right up until the point where Kerry says that people who works JOBS paying more than $200K per year aren't paying their fair share at the current 40% income tax rate. Compare that to Kerry's 12% rate and you will see right away that Kerry is at war with the upper bourgeoise middle class. If Kerry wanted the rich to pay more, why does he immediately single out people who work JOBS and ignore capital gains, foundations, trusts, dividends and interest--where the really Rich make their money. Kerry is dishonest when he says that people working jobs paying $200K a year are rich but people who make $75 million in interest are not rich.
