The statement above is really laughable. Who gives a crap about Burkett's feelings.

Unless Rather backs completely away from the documents and the content he has not acknowledged a thing.

it is totally unacceptable for Rather to state he believes the sentiment in the memos accurately reflect Mr Killian's feelings. On what basis can a moderator make baseless judgement on national tv. He will again be taking a position on groundless standing. Blogs/journalists cannot accept anything less than Rather resignation. imo
