Baltimore sells some good fudge at Inner Harbor, if that's any consolation. ;)

Baltimore is one of the few places I have ever feared for my personal safety, other than Memphis. A real hole.

i always thought projects were not the problem it was grouping the same class of people together that causes the problem. it begins to take away their self respect, puts them on welfare, leads to drugs and alcohol etc. Some how i figure if we split up housing spread in out into upper income areas and fine schools they would have a better chance in society. Wonder how you accomplish that. g
