We don't elect Presidents based on popular vote and Gore did NOT win the electoral vote. If he had won the electoral vote, he would have been president.
Supreme Court doesn't vote for President. What about this don't you get???

1. The popular vote doesn't matter -- never has, for over 200 years. The electoral vote does. Did you skip civics class that day?

2. Bush won the electoral vote, after the Supreme Court of the United States decided 7-2 that Florida's selective re-count of Gore-heavy precincts violated the United States Constitution's Equal Protection Clause. They more narrowly decided that Florida couldn't change its own election rules in the middle of the election, just because the liberals in charge didn't like the outcome.

3. After all the hoopla was over, several media-sponsored recounts were done of Florida ballots. Bush won anyway.

You are either in denial, a victim of propaganda, or both.

If, er when, Bush wins this time around, will you guys finally cede that the people wanted him in office?

This is your chance to get him out of office, and your guy is blowing it in a BIG way.
