Bush is the weak leader, he lacked the backbone to resist the neocons in his administration.

He has a lifetime history of weakness.

In his all-male high school he was too weak to play sports. So instead he became head cheerleader, which almost assuredly meant providing sexual favors to most of the real athletes.

His weakness of character subsequently led to alcoholism and drug use, and to his failure to honor his commitment to the National Guard.

He is too weak to be considered a man at all, more a pathetic shadow of a man.
