CBS Says TV Network Can't Prove Authenticity of Bush Documents Sept. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Viacom Inc.'s CBS said the television network can't prove the authenticity of documents it had used to raise questions about U.S. President George W. Bush's National Guard service. Using the documents were a ``mistake,'' CBS News President Andrew Heyward said in a statement e-mailed by CBS.
