rather was not even trying to show desertion. If you're asking me if I know why rather does what he does...forget it...I don't. I DO know that completely verified official records, that have nothing to do with rather, when compared to regulations in force at the time show that shrub's behavior in the guard did not comply with those regulations. There is no way to show that he DID comply. The only efforts being made to defend shrub's actions have ZERO factual basis but are just bald assertions with no reference in reality.
