Does that mean they did not commit murder?

Your first point is entirely moot.

Second, the documents showing shrub went AWOL and DESERTED during wartime are not dependent upon my own personal experiences at the time.

I think it's because they know that everything Doug's alleging about Bush is true - and THEY CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH! To admit the truth would be to admit to being conned, stupid, gullible - to admit to being the sheeple we know they are.
