Yeah...but I can believe what I witnessed during that time period...and can clearly recall a winding down that included "weeding out" those not considered necessary for needs of the 1973 military....One label that was applied to those that received early releases was "marginal performers"...In that context, it is very believable that during that same period that requirements in other sectors could have became more lax. On the same topic, it would appear that your boy has some missing reserve time also....Frankly, I could care less whether JK served out his time properly since there is plenty since his V.N. days to disqualify him for any consideration of my vote. You beat a long dead horse.
