I've seen those types of websites. They try to make it all look really complicated and legit by having pictures from manuals and regs, but then they completely ignore the simple pay records that show the dates and points earned for every drill. They take a single statement that, "well we haven't seen George Bush from the TXANG" (because he was assigned to two other units) and then they cite all the punishments that are suppossed to go with being missing. However they don't mention that Bush was not missing, he was assigned to two other units and drilled or was assigned with them and its all recorded in the plain to see and read pay records with the dates of attendance.
