Ted, I am sure you will think its a kangaroo court but, in reality, its a preparatory step to firing Rather. Until CJ brought it up, I did not realize that Rather and the Bush family have had a running feud. It looks like he might have let his emotions interfere with his work. If so, he made a very stupid mistake.

That's news to me. I was going on the assumption that CBS will try and keep Rather as long as they can, especially since they can now pin everything on Burkett and his "unnamed source."


Nope. Rather is in trouble. I suspect whether he stays or goes will depend on what the panel finds out.
