of course I agree Santa Barbara was a disaster in 1969. 200,000 gallons of oil spilled. The gulf in 1979 had an exploratory rig blowout with 140Million gallons of oil spilled. I guess that's ok though since it wasn't in California... Maybe Bush and Putin could get together on some oil futures... Why doesn't anyone want to talk about natural gas anymore? Not high-tech enough?
