The Texas ads emphasised NRA issues.
I can't seem to google up the article, so I have to rely on memory.

The gist was that the ads seemed to ignore the issues which the major contributers to the Chamber listed as most important, and consentrated on hot-button items. They were designed to smear candidates and not promote the agenda of the members, and that direct use of corporate money in the election is illegal.
