Fortunately for me I sold MFN a year ago after the 10 x move, and haven't had to endure the last year (at least on this one). Right now I question the value of it even being six bucks (US) given the issues I've been raising about shareholder value realization. If the reason for this is that the majors won't pony up, then the stock should be marked down accordingly. If the reason is that management doesn't want to let it go at reasonable values, then ditto on my conclusion. In the case of MFN especially what purpose is really served by "doing more work", it's ready right now. Either way I think it's high time these managements start addressing these questions, and I've heard very little if anything. There hasn't been a junior takeover all year that I'm aware of, and that's with $400 plus POG. No excuses by my thinking.

Other than munches, what's the real reason for even owning these stocks? So that they can go to feasibility? How does that really add much to value? Do another season of drilling and add 500,000 oz? How does that really add much to value? Not to pick solely on MFN, but they all are doing a superb job of making the stocks dead money.
