I think you just like playing devil's advocate. I don't think anyone short of an omnipotent God-like entity would meet with your satisfaction as a presidential candidate.

Nobody can undue the damage Bush has done.

I think Kerry will present the UN with a deadline for leaving Iraq, and put the ball in their court. Either come up with some peacekeeping forces, or Iraq sliding into civil war will be on YOUR heads. Either way, WE won't be there. Listen to his last speech.
I think Bush would lead us into MORE stupid wars if re-selected. I don't see Kerry doing this. Syria or Iran loom large as Bush targets.
