Mark,

You're a better man than I am. I haven't even owned the stock for many years but still have a tough time feeling charitable towards REK. Anyone who dumps her shares and then says "it's none of your business," when questioned by shareholders is way too arrogant to run a public company -- at least not a failing one.

Well, let's see what happens. I've been picking away at some trading shares but those might turn into a hold if the signs from new management are good.

Mark, a fine post.

"I wish no ill will to anyone, and I would have loved to see REK succeed. I have no doubt she worked hard. But there comes a time when, for the sake of preservation of the company and what it is left of my investment, things had to change.

I have no doubt also that the staff at DMX are good people and worked their butts off to make things happen, but again, the business model they were compelled to work with proved to be virtually impossible to execute.

I really wish them all the best and I hope that a many as possible will keep their jobs."

Not an easy process. For anybody.

Thanks for your expression of goodwill and understanding. I'm sure your feelings are widely shared.

Jim
