Ted, regarding the hydrogen economy, how do we get the hydrogen in the first place? Or more specifically, how do we supply the energy to electrolyze water into hydrogen? Solar and wind are pretty expensive, hydro-electric isn't everywhere, and fossil-fuel plants are kind of "what's the point"?

Aren't there two problems? 'Cracking out' the hydrogen molecule from its water compound and channeling the energy that's created into something useable.

I don't have the answers but an article I read within the past year suggested we are getting close to solving those two problems.
