Your such a liar it is unbelievable. Right from the websight regarding the bill are the AUTHORS of the bill. Here it is, jerk. And I say JERK because when people lie to make their points it ticks me off. Last time I checked Rangel was not Cheney or Bush. In fact he probably hates them as much as you do. Rangel, McDermott and the others are FRIENDS OF KERRY, not Bush and Cheney.
