Not sure. The difference is that we didn't go over to the U.K. and start killing innocent civilians in our quest for freedom. Instead, we raised an army from among the U.S. colonials and resisted the Brits, which all lead to the Declaration of Independence in 1776. The M.E. terrorists seem to enjoy killing people all over the world, yet they don't bother targeting their own governments. Seems a little odd to me.
