Well, that is the problem, now isn't it? Actually, is has more to do with being rational. And Turkey seems less than rational with respect to this issue.

There is no way that Turkey would give up land for Kurdestan.

They could, and they would if they were smart.


Its rare that gov'ts are ever smart when land or money are involved.
