LONDON, England (CNN) -- Iraq's interim Prime Minister Ayad Allawi has warned that "terrorists" are flooding into his country from across the Muslim world.

I'm skeptical of this soundbyte.

How in the world can he measure this? This sounds like propaganda.

In order to legitamitely make this claim, he has to be able to say something like "X terrorist entered the country a year ago, and 3X entered this year". Where in the world does he get these numbers from?
