Aha, blame others. It is the bad intelligence. It is Tommy Franks now, his bad advice. When will the US start having a true President again who will start to take responsibility? The last such President who took responsibility for US actions was Bill Clinton. Off course there was Reagan who took responsibility for the Iran Contra, Carter for Iran etc. But this President always blames others.

After all he owes it to others for being President since he did not have the desire himself and he got pushed into it.
