We NEED the UN. You dont attack those you need. Just stupid policy. The rightwing's attack on the UN have literally cost hundreds of US soldiers their lives because of Bush's "going it alone is fine" approach.

Now we need elections in Iraq, but we cannot execute them without the UN so we're F'ed. This could actually cost Bush the election.
