We have early voting here in FL for the first time in a presidential election, could be a factor in turnout.

I would think having such a long period to vote will be good for turnout, which is in turn good for dems.

Colorado is very interesting this time. Besides who wins the horserace, there's the issue of splitting the electoral votes that will be decided in the same election, and count in this election.
I kind of have the feeling if Kerry wins, the electoral vote splitting will also win, so Kerry will only get 5 of the 9 EV's. I think if Bush wins, the EV split will lose, and Bush will get the entire 9 EV's.
